If you selected UPS Commercial but UPS recognize the address
as Residential we will charge your Credit Card for the difference
Every sale is final; no products will be accepted in return other than defected products and will be replaced. Damage package: Contact UPS ASAP for a claim # and email to us with the description of the damage and will be replaced.
