CREMA "La TARTUFATA" (with white truffle - Tuber Magnatum Pico)
The cream called "La TARTUFATA" is an excellent condiment to be used on any hot dishes. You are advised to apply it in the correct dose at the end of the cooking in order not to alter the flavour of the dish.
As for starters "La TARTUFATA" goes very well with vol-au-vents and fondue.
It gives a delicious aroma also to minced meat, raw meat salad (Gypsy style) together with oil and lemon.
In all first dishes without condiment: rice, tagliatelle, spaghetti, gnocchi, agnolotti, cappelletti, ecc.; take a saucepan, warm the butter, add 2/3 spoonfuls of kitchen cream, 1/2 glasses of cooking water and one level teaspoonful per person of Tartufata. Melt everything together and pour on the warm dish, or bring everything together in the pan (We recommend you always keep the pasta or the rice a little liquid so that the cream spreads well on everything).
Main courses: in the case of roast meat add 1/2 spoonfuls at the and of cooking. On fried eggs: add half a spoonful on the hot egg
Method of preservation: once the jar is opened, keep it in the refrigerator covered with oil.It can be stored for a few months
