This region was also called Venice Euganea, derived always from ancient inhabitants (Euganei) that were absorbed then by Venetian ones. In the 1920, at the end of WW1, Doria starts producing home-made baked products in ten different bakeries split in the italian Triveneto, which were the background to Doria's first industrial plant in Sarmede, near Treviso.

Ingredients:

Wheat flour - sugar - vegetable fats and oils - wheat starch - glucose syrup - eggs - skimmed milk powder - honey - salt - raising agents: ammonium bicarbonate, sodium hydrogencarbonate - antioxidant agent: soyalecithin - flavourings.
